MINDFULNESS MEDITATION BOOK GROUP

TUESDAY MAY 29, 6 PM TO 7:30 PM

Learn tools that can strengthen mindful awareness, compassion and intentional living.  Monthly meetings will include book discussion , an occasional video, meditation and camaraderie.  No prior meditation practice is necessary.  The group will meet the last Tuesday of each month.  All are welcomed.
