MINDFULNESS MEDITATION BOOK GROUP
TUESDAY JANUARY 29, 6 PM TO 7:30 PM
Learn tools that can strengthen mindful awareness, compassion and intentional living. Monthly meetings will include book discussion , an occasional video, meditation and camaraderie. This month’s selection is 10% Happier by Dan Harris. No prior meditation practice is necessary. All are welcomed.
