Library Card

HOW TO GET A LIBRARY CARD

It’s easy! Just come in with identification that includes your name and current local address.

Children under the age of 14 must apply for a card with a parent or guardian who presents proper identification and cosigns the registration card.

Borrowing library materials requires a verified library account in good standing.  Please note that you are responsible for all items checked out on your card.

Can’t find your library card? – no problem – email circdesk@carmellibrary.org
